For IDSA the Hanover Messe Goes Virtual

Apr 17, 2020 | News

The International Data Spaces Association (IDSA) is launching the first Virtual Expo from April 20 to May 15, 2020 – presenting all inspiring use cases and projects which were intended for the Hannover Messe in an exciting multimedia approach.

The IDSA Virtual Expo features 12 data sharing use cases from 23 member companies, which show how sovereign and secure data sharing can drive innovation, efficiency, and business growth. It demonstrates why IDS is an indispensable element of the European data infrastructure GAIA-X and why the DIN SPEC 27070 represents a huge milestone on the way to secure cross-company exchange of industrial manufacturing data.

“IDSA is always looking for creative solutions to overcome obstacles – whether taking up technology challenges or spreading the message under the present circumstances. The Hannover Messe may have been cancelled this year, but we consider this a great opportunity to promote awareness of sovereign data sharing and IDS-based products in a whole new way.”
