Public Data Conference | Better Handling of Public Authority Data
High-quality, easily accessible data is an essential basis for the successful modernization of public administration in Germany. Only with up-to-date, structured data can processes be meaningfully digitalized and, where possible, automated. Impact-orientated management also requires a readily available data basis. These and other pressing issues will be discussed at the second edition of the ‘Public Data – better handling of public authority data’ conference and thus contribute to pooling the important debate on data from public institutions and promoting professional exchange.
The Public Data Conference is aimed at leading figures from politics and administration throughout Germany whose task is to promote cross-organisational data exchange in the public sector and who work at the interfaces with business, research and civil society.
The programme highlights revolve around data spaces: in addition to ‘Standardization for data ecosystems’ and ‘Sovereignty of AI-related data applications in the federal administration’, the session ‘Data space technologies in the public sector: potentials and challenges’ will focus on the application of the International Data Spaces standard. IDSA will of course be there!
