Hedge-IoT Session on Semantic Interoperability & Standardisation

The Hedge-IoT Session on Semantic Interoperability & Standardisation will present recent progress in European standardisation efforts led by CEN/CENELEC and ETSI for data spaces. The session will showcase Hedge-IoT’s achievements and standardisation efforts in advancing semantic interoperability and aligning project results with existing European frameworks. A round table will address remaining gaps in semantic interoperability standards.

Agenda:

  1. Welcome & Introduction
  2. CEN/CENELEC JTC 25 & WG2 on Data Spaces Activities
  3. Architecture and interoperability standardisation consideration for ecosystems integrating data spaces
  4. Hedge-IoT standardisation current activities
  5. How can Hedge-IoT contribute to existing standards
  6. Hedge-IoT semantic interop. current activities
  7. ETSI TC Data overview
  8. Round Table: Identification of gaps in semantic interoperability standards
  9. Q&A

IDSA’s Sebastian Steinbuß, Sonia Jimenez and Silvia Castellvi will join the virtual stage to discuss how semantic interoperability and shared standards make data spaces truly scalable and sustainable.
