Data Spaces Week 2026 in Tokyo brings together leading voices from industry, government, academia, and standardization organizations to advance trusted data spaces, shape responsible AI, and define the future of the global data society in the age of AI.
Participants will explore data collaboration from multiple perspectives, spanning international standardization, interoperability, data governance, real-world use cases, and open innovation, with the shared goal of creating new value across industries, regions, and national borders.
A rich program, including the International Open Forum on Data Society (IOFDS) Round Table, the Asia Open Data Partnership (AODP) Summit, Data Spaces Discovery Day DSDD, IEEE Standards Association (IEEE SA) Working Group meetings on standards for a Data Trading System, and the DSA Open Forum, will drive international collaboration and advance an open, trusted, and sustainable global data society.
