Urban Data Day 2026 | Data Economy for Local Impact

Urban Data Day 2026 is a dedicated event focused on exploring how urban data can drive innovation, sustainability, and new business models at the local level. It brings together public authorities, companies, research centres, and key stakeholders to exchange insights and showcase practical approaches to data-driven urban development.

The event programme includes expert dialogues, panel discussions, and real-world use cases on topics such as data economy, urban mobility, digital twins, and data spaces. It provides a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the development of data-driven ecosystems that support smarter and more efficient cities.

IDSA‘s Director of Research and Standardization, Silvia Castellvi, will participate in the Expert Dialogue “Data Economy and Territorial Innovation” alongside Sergio Padilla Foubelo, Chief Data Officer (CDO) at the Bank of Spain, contributing insights on trusted data sharing and the role of data spaces in enabling innovation.
