Hands-on session | Exploring data exchange with IDS connectors

Hands on! In our session “Exploring data exchange with IDS connector” you will work on a ‘programming task’ to learn how IDS-based data exchange works. We will provide you with connectors, components and a tutorial. In one of four teams, you will be able to simulate data exchange using one specific connector technology. It will be possible to implement simple data exchange as well as more complex data exchange with docker containers.

The TNO Connector, the True Connector from Engineering and the Dataspace Connector as well as the docker containers from Fraunhofer will be used. Staff will accompany the teams, answer questions at any time and moderate the exchange of experiences.

Prerequisites:

  • The hands-on session is aimed at software developers who have a basic knowledge of the IDS reference architecture
  • Knowledge of programming languages and technologies used, e.g. Java
  • If you want to try the more complex data exchange, you need basic knowledge of docker containers

To the free registration.
