 ding data spaces and describes the basic structure and rules as functional
  requirements for data spaces.\n\nIDSA's CTO Sebastian Steinbuss invited M
 arko Turpeinen\, CEO of 1001 Lakes and head of the IDSA Rulebook Working G
 roup. He will introduce the IDSA Rulebook and its implications for anyone 
 interested in building and operating data spaces. The relationship of the
